To put it simply, Mystery Shoppers get paid to act like regular customers, then provide feedback on their experience. But Mystery Shoppers are no ordinary shoppers. They are super observant, they notice all the details and they are keen to share the details of their customer experience (we do this by having our Mystery Shoppers complete a simple online survey). Trying on and/or experiencing the product or service is a must (the fun bit!). Other than that, just be yourself, no acting experience required.

We pay a flat rate of $50 for each completed shop, no strings attached. The cash will be in your account within 7 days of you completing your survey (this gives us just enough time to check that your responses are detailed enough and are exactly what we need).

Everyone and anyone who is over 18years old! We want all the shoppers. Some of our brands are specific about the demographic of customer they would like to gain insights from (depending on their product, promotions, any particular concerns they may have etc.) but you won’t need to worry about that as you’ll only see jobs that are relevant to you.

1. Sign up to shop and create your shopper profile.

2. Go to the Job Board to see available jobs (we’ll do the hard work for you and only show you jobs that are available near you).

3. Click Accept on the jobs you want to do and you’re good to go.

4. You’ll be sent an email with all the details of the job – too easy!

No, you’ll be your own boss (hello, freedom!). As a Mystery Shopper with School of Retail you’ll be working with us, rather than for us, as an Independent Contractor.
